Office 365 and SBE 2011 Password Sync Not Working

  • I am running SBS Essentials 2011 with Office 365 integration. For a few years we've been syncing passwords fine. A few weeks ago some users changed their logon passwords for the network. At that time their new password did not sync with Office 365. How can I get sync back up and running?

    Would you please let me know if this issue still persists? Please check if the password reset in Active Directory comply with Office 365 password policy.

    Meanwhile, please refer to the following KB and check if it help you to solve this issue.
