how can ı root out these log viewers errors

  • Hi, I’m a student and I interning a company which use SharePoint. I must find error on personal profile page in company account and fix them.I’m using log viewer and almost always facing same errors types.Using agent not available,leaving monitored scope,logging correlation data etc.. and sometimes database.Now English is foreign language for me so I wish your answers will be elementary English and chrystal clearJ.I can’t wait so much.I need immeadiately solution.How can I root out these errors?

  • You'll have to be more specific as to what errors you are trying to fix. The log viewer is only one of a handful of potentially useful tools that can help you out.

    A lot of what you are seeing in the logs are informational entries and probably not relevant to the issue you are troubleshooting.

    The best place to start is to identify any errors you are presented in the browser and hopefully any correlation IDs it may have given you.

    The correlation IDs will help you search the logs for the relevant messages, while the errors in the browser may help you search these forums or Google for others experiencing the same errors.

  • how can I to be more specific like  write error's message? I can't find informational entries for this issue and I searched error's category name in Google  İf you know obvious source that I can't find please say to me maybe I have been wrong type of search.

    every user profile gives same errors. I can't understand clearly what you say excuse me. If your conversation be like direction.It will be much better than for me.
