Communications between BizTalk server and Database question
I have seen this messages in my EventLog when BizTalk gets to run after being idle for a while, which I suspect caused some slowness.
"Communication with MessageBox BizTalkMsgBoxDb on SQL Instance ndsloh has been re-established"
Is it normal that BizTalk has to re-establish its communication with its SQL database from time to time? Or the communication should be there all the time? What can be done?

I think this is by design. I have the evaluation version of BizTalk 2009 and I get the same message in the Event log.

- Guys - this issue I have is that during these events being raised, bts09 sits there 'stalled' while connections are established.
This means files sit in folders for minutes, and no socket/wcf connections are answered or made. (the problem gets worse when you scale out host instances)
So I'm doubting this is 'by design' - in all my cases cpu on the machines is barely breaking 10%.
I'm working through the issue with the team as we speak.....
