while installing MSI files...i got below error....
This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor
can any body guide whether it is 64 bit vs 32 bit related error or not???

Hi,
Can you tell me which version of HIS you are trying to install on a windows server 2003 ?
If you are trying to install HIS 2004 on a 64 bit windows server 2003, this will probably not work !
Best would be in that case to install a later version on that box !
