Bad_pool_caller error windows 8 HELP!!

    Question

  • Hi,

I really need some help asap. I've just bought a new Acer laptop and have downloaded utorrent. But it seems to cause it to crash with a BAD_POOL_CALLER error. The laptop seems to run fine without utorrent though. Any ideas on how to fix it?

The laptop has windows 8 64bit installed.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Looking at other threads where results have been found i've noted that the mini dump files are needed. Please see below. It's worth noting i'm a bit of a novice at this stuff so please bear with me through my stupidity!
