  • Hi,

    I have errors in my outlook clients :

    Error synchronizing folder [0-0], I dont have issues With OAB.

    Any suggestion?

    What it is the [0-0] folder?

    Yes I have a public folder database with some test folders.

  • Have you tried recreating the profile?  Perhaps the Outlook profile has something stuck in it.

    Error synchronizing folder do you mean Sync Issue Folder? If Yes, It will indicate whether any OAB download issue or Email/Calendar appointment conflicts, which will help administrator for troubleshooting purpose.

    Or

    If outlook not  synchronizing  properly then check outlook connectivity issue.

    Test-outlookconnectivity -Identity Gengaiyan@learnexchange.com

    Also check in Outlook online mode.
