  • Hi Lukasz -

Can you provide a few details:

    • Are all users on the same Exchange Server?
    • What is the current patch revision on your Exchange Server(s)?
    • Are any 3rd party antivirus programs installed on the Exchange Server(s)?
    • Are the affected attachments of a certain kind?  i.e. jpg, zip, etc.

    Thanks,
    Gary

  • Hi,

User gives Us wrong information. Message was rejected on all users in group.

Yes, all users are on the same Exchange Server, but on different mailbox database's.

    Version 15.0 ‎(Build 913.22)‎

Kaspersky for Exchange Server 2013 installed on Mailbox server - log from Kaspersky - message was clean

Attachment was a .xlsx file. attachment without wirus, trojan etc.

We used Disclaimer on transport rules.
