Process Pack for IT GRC - No Knowledge Libraries for Service Manager 2012

Hi Folks, so I'm installing the Process Pack for IT GRC. I'm noticing the Knowledge Importer isn't finding any libraries to populate the service. Can I manually import these libraries into the system? This was working before the release of Microsoft Security Compliance Manager v3.0. Thanks!
