- I changed this posting to a Question instead of a Discussion so it can be answered (when one is found).
I'd look at the troubleshooting steps in the product docs for admin console connection issues (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb694158.aspx)
I'd also try a different admin console on a different system.
