How to enable admin share for sccm client installation?

Wednesday, March 06, 2013 4:39 PMHow can i enable admin$ share and other related share if needed for sccm client installation on client machine? and this admin share should not be removed once pc is restarted.

The share is only needed for client push and could be disabled afterward. By default, this share is already enabled on all Windows systems and generally there is no reason to disable it.

Jason thank you very much for the quick helpful reply. In my windows 7 pc this AutoShareServer registry parameter is not available!!! and most of my client machines are XP!!! Do you have any idea what is the registry parameter in XP and Win7 machines to enable automatic default shares?
