Proposed Answer3rd Party CSV Row Limit?

    Hi

I can't seem to find anyone with this issue or anywhere in the documentation about this query.

I have lots of 3rd Party Software which I would like to import the license information into AI altogether.

I have created a CSV file with 25 rows and this won't import. I can split it in 2 no problem and do reporting on each half fine.

It looks like there might be a limit at 16 rows including the headers is this true and if so anyone know if this can be changed?

    Regards

    Ian

    Hi,
There is no limits on number of rows.
When import from UI, it cannot log the errors.
Can you find the mvlsimport.exe on your site server, run it from the command box, the error information will be displayed into command box.
        First run:
        mvlsimport.exe /?
it will show the syntax of this command.

If it still not work, please send me a mail with your .csv file.

        May mail: lishil@microsoft.com

        Thansk
