QuestionAI and McAfee EndPoint Encryption

    AI is not reporting on software that is installed on every laptop in the company. What's the best way to deal with this issue?

    What do you expect to see, that you do not?  Is it simply that the software is newish, and you need to categorize the software manually because either you don't have an AI Sync Point, or you do but you sync rarely, or this software is just simply that new?
    Standardize. Simplify. Automate.

    I would expect to see the program in AI.  I do see it in the normal reporting section of SCCM. In reporting, it is listed as McAfee Endpoint Encryption.
