    Hi Guys,
I never had any luck getting connected with Sp1/R2. how do I connect with SP2 installed?

I have MDOP but could never find AIS in our MVLS site. If I right click asset inteligence & run system center online it takes me to login to mvls & get to AIS which I cant see.

    Hello, all

Have u installed AI Sync point role after installing SP2 ?
If you install that then request sync, there will be a cert stored in your certificate store.
Then you right click Asset Intelligence -> Connect to System Center Online, that will be successful.

    Wish that helpful, thanks!

    Hi Randy,
Wasnt aware of the AI sync role but ive added it now. Thanks.

ive right clicked AI & selected Connect to System Centre online, but it just takes me to the Desktop optimisation pack web page. AI Sync port Status does however now report 'sync point deployed'

    Randy,

    That has worked.

    1. After SP2 installed
    2. Remove AI sync point
    3. Close console
    4. Restart SMS_EXECUTIVE service
    5. ADD AI sync point

    All works now.....

    Thanks Randy for the help
