Migrate Win2K3 x86 to Win2K8 x64
- We are wanting to upgrade our ConfigMgr Site Server from Win2K3 x86 to Win2K8 x64.
Is there a supported path to doing this? It seems that you need to install a new site and join the exiting site as a child... is this correct?

It is recommended to back up site server and DB and then restore them on windows server 2008 x64
