What do you want to "migrate"? All ConfigMgr objects will be automatically replicated down to the secondary site. You can use the "Copy Packages Wizard" (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb693746.aspx) in order to copy the packages from the old to the new DP.

    Hi,

You can install a secondary site there and make it another child site of the existing primary site (using another sitecode). You don't have to transfer any 'settings' as many things are replicated down from the primary or others are not used by clients (client agent settings etc). Use the 'copy packages' wizard to clone the existing DP. Remove all boundaries from the old site and add them to the new one.
