SCCM Client does not show up in console

Site is in native mode
The client is not able to registering on the MP and it does not showing on the console. Please find the errors that I see in the logs mentioned below.
ClientAuth.log:
Error signing client message (0x80004005).
The 'Certificate Store' is empty in the registry, using default store name 'MY'.

Have you verified that the client has a proper client certificate per the certificate requirements listed on TechNet: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb680733.aspx ?Jason | http://blog.configmgrftw.com

Are you getting it in all the clients or only in few? Is that a snap shot or a freshly loaded machine?

The machines are not newly loaded and this is happening on only 2 clients.

It turned out to be a Client Authenticate certificate issue.
