Unanswered cannot establish connection to DP

    Many of the packges are showing as install pending from the central site, in the distribution point residing on the primary box we are getting below error message in distmgr.log

    Cannot establish connection to ["Display=\\MY-SCCM-PS01\"]MSWNET:["SMS_SITE=MYS"]\\MY-SCCM-PS01\

    Please guide on troubleshooting steps

    Please check if server is active and it has enough rights to push the package to server

    check CAS site server has admin rights on DP server

    server is very much active. the given link is for server 2008, our server is of 2003 OS

    verify SCCM site server computer account is part of administrative group on DP

    this is their as this DP role has been assigned on the primary box itself.

    name resolution happening to MY-SCCM-PS01?

    try accessing the DP share if it works from central ?

    what does more info from distmgr.log says ?

    can you check SCCMSVC account has enough rights to distribute the package ?

    really got confused about how to create NAL registry key can you please guide me what are the registry key and DWORD and value i have to set.
