we had tried the following solutions
we tried  "PREINST /SYNCPARENT" 2 days back which was not helped us, we even tried by creating CT4 and CT5 key for parent and child and exchanged manually 6 hours before. still no improvement.

Need your help to resolve this.

    Hi Shankar,

Verify  \\LAB-SCCM-PRI\SMS_Site share is configured with following permissions and your primary is a member of LAB-SCCM-PR1\SMS_SiteToSiteConnection_LAB local security group.

    SMS_Site Share permissions:

Share permissions : SYSTEM, SMS_SiteToSiteConnection_LAB and Administrators with read and Change permissions.

Security permissions: SYSTEM, Administrator full permissions and SMS_SiteToSiteConnection_LAB Read, Write, Execute, listfolders and Modify permissions.

Verify the same on both the sites.

    Hi,

Can you check the replmgr.log, sender.log and despool.log on both servers. Also take a look for backlogging of files in the folders of Inboxes\Replmgr.box

Also, have you checked sender.log on both site? Try to see if it has a connection problem.

    HTH.

Error 53 translates to "The network path was not found". Make sure that name resolution is working fine and that the share exists.

    Hi,

Since it haven't worked since 20 days I should check with the network team if anything has been changed and check if any updates were applied during that time.

Besides, have you added the computer account of both sides into sms_sitetosite connection group?
