WSUS 3.0 SP2 and SCCM SP2 not compatibleI am trying to figure out why my WSUS server stopped working, I have had WSUS 3.0 SP2 RC installed on my Server 2008 R2 RC box and everything was working fine. Then SCCM SP2 beta came out and I applied that to the machine now I am getting errors related to WSUS not working. I saw the link @ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938699 saying that after installing SCCM it can cause WSUS to stop working. This is old and out of date (not to mention for Server 2003), but could this be related?

Edit:

Uninstall and Reinstall of WSUS SP 2 RC fixed the issue, but I do believe it was directly related to the install of SCCM SP2 beta that broke WSUS. I don't use the Update feature of my SCCM server so I don't know if it broke that.© 2009 Microsoft Corporation.
