    i am installing SCCM client with the help of GPO i.e created security group in AD added security group into sccm install if i want to client SCCM client i will add machines into AD. created collection is SCCM console

    steps to install SCCM client: right click on group ; install SCCM client

    I need a report for the SCCM client installation details like failed amd installed where i can get this

    If you specify the fallback status point in the installation you will be able to use the built-in status reports to monitor the failed installation attempts.

    we are using faill back point server but still all machines names are not encountered in default SCCM report (SMS deployed failed machines)

    Hi - I hope, the clients are assigned to SCCM site.

    I like to make an addition , if client is not installed on machines even than also you are able to get report. you can get client status report from " All system collection " in reports section. and plus reports that An00p have mention is also useful.
