    Also, just to clarify, R2 and R3 are feature packs, not upgrades. They provide supplemental functionality and are not free to all.

    Hi,

    You can install R2 if you have SCCM SP2 installed.

    Hi,

    To install R2 you need at least ConfigMgr Sp1. R3 is not yet released, it's scheduled to be released next year.

    i always thought R2 was a stop gap until SP2 was released.


    so i had R2 already installed before I applied SP2. Will i still have R2 Aditions still?

    if i was installing fresh would this order be ok.

    SCCM SP1, SP2, R2?

    Your suggested order will work just fine :) So will SCCM SP1 SP2 R2.
