No need to reinstall anything again. What's in ccm.log on the siteserver? Have you unchecked "include only clients in this site's boundaries"?

Your site server/DP is a Windows 2008 Server? If so check IIS 6 WMI Compatability is enabled from

Click start then server manager --> go to the roles -->under web services IIS click "add role services"

If not add  "IIS 6 WMI Compatability"

Its not applicable for W2K3, also from log file connection is failing for the account "ladia\adm_lpe002ar". can you check it has required permissions to login to client machine, copy content and execute ?

One more thing, in Aproved status appears N/A.

It seems from that log you have several things going on.

    1. Make sure whatever accounts you specified as client installation accounts have local admin rights on all your workstations.
    2. If you didn't specify any client installation accounts make sure the sccm server computer account has local admin rights on all your workstations.
    3. Make sure the firewall is off or the correct ports have been opened for client push.
    4. If there are any other firewalls between the clients and sccm server make sure the RPC ports are open between them.

The account adm_lpe002ar  is not used to stop services, that's done as local system. All that account is used for is making the connection to the box to get the files there.

Why is that service even running? That's an SCCM service and if we are installing the client I assume there's no client installed so why is there an SCCM service running? Does this computer already have the sccm client installed?

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc431377.aspx

Espero y te sirva de algo esto!!!
    Saludos!!

    -->Site Database -->Site Management -->{Sitio} -->Site Settings -->Client Agents -->Computer Agent
