    Hi,

    I would like to know where to set the "Software update deployment evaluation" schedule from server?

    I do not exactly get what you are searching for, but I guess this: Site Settings > Client Agents > Software Update Client Agent.

    Peter is right, you can configure the values in the Software Update client agent. If you configure a custom schedule and define the start time. Then be aware that the start time will be the one you defined plus up to two hours. The deployment re-evaluation schedule can't be defined.

    You can also control the settings and start the scaning by using the SDK.

    Hi,


    But that one is scan schedule which defines how often the client initiates a scan for software update compliance(Software Update Scan Cycle), not software update deployment evaluation, right?

    Actually what I interested to know is where to set the schedule for "Software Update Scan Cycle" and "Software Update Deployment Evaluation" which appear on Control Panel Applet. For the setting of "Site Settings > Client Agents > Software Update Client Agent" is to set the software update scan schedule,right?

    "The client agent is enabled in Configuration Manager 2007 by default, allowing the client computer to scan for software updates compliance and software updates to be deployed to client computers."
