    Hi
I'm just getting confuse with the Duration setting under depolyment template. I want to clarify what is the purpose of duration setting? By default it is set to 2 weeks, is that mean when a new software / patch downloaded to the client, it will START the installation in 2 weeks time?? That's way too long..... and doesn't make sense. Can anyone give me some hints on this?

    Thanks

    Hi,

The duration value is used to specify the default deadline data and time when you use the template in a deployment. If you have the default two week setting and create a deployment today based on the template then you will notice that the suggested deadling will be October 12 - two weeks from now.
