Boundary not replicating to parent site

Hi All,
I recently changed the parent of a primary SCCM Site A (From AD Forest A) as a child site to a newly built primary SCCM Site B (In AD Forest B). Collections, adverts, etc from Parent have replicated downward to the new child, however the boundaries from the child have not replicated to the parent.
I have used Preinst /SyncChild and Preinst /SyncParent but after hours, no change. Has anyone seen this behavious before, are there any logs I can look at to find what data has not replicated and the reason for the failures.
