Each primary site needs its own SUP, but the central site can deploy updates centrally.
I believe that this is covered in the product docs. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb680701.aspx

Sorry it looks that i didn't explain the point i asked for
i mean can i deploy updates from the parent to the childs ? without needing to do that form doing that in child sites?
a sceinario :
if i have 1 primary and 9 child sites under it all of 10 sites have its own update role if i need to deploy the update to all sites do i need to make it one by one or i can deploy it from primary without needing to do it in child sites
