Unable to download Packages from DP

Hi Guys,

My Client unable to get packages from the local DP, there already network access account setup. do you guys had any experience on this?

can you give me any advise... thanks in advance

From log file client is able to locate content on the DP, however this is not able to access and throwing access denied errors.

Try accessing and downloading content from DP network share '\\servername\D$\SMSPKG\S010000D\' if not able to access verify permissions on content share 'D$' if it is ok then check following.

1. Start/Run SECPOL.MSC

2. In the Local Security Policy snap-in browse to Local Policies\User Rights Assignment verify Administrators, Backup Operations, Users and along with this everyone or your network access account is added.

Hope this will help you to fix the issue.

encountered error 0x8007052e during download
= "ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password."
