Package Download Stuck at 99%
- I have advertised programs that hang when downloading at 99% for non admins. If an administrator logs in and runs the program it works fine. I know this was previously posted however the fix said that this is a known bug with pre SP1 config manager. I have SP1 installed with
R2 as well. Is there something on the clients that needs to be updated as well?

At this point my recommendation is that if this behavior is persisting you should open a support case with CSS.

You may be seeing the same issue described in the thread below. Looks like this should affect Vista clients; are your clients running Vista OS.

Basically the resolution is to right click on the .exe file in the package, bring up its properties window and check if you see an "Unblock" button. If you do see that then Vista is blocking this file from executing; you will need to hit "Unblock" and apply the changes. The following blog site also illustrates this.

- I tried this fix on a package on a fix that had the executable blocked. I redistributed the package to the DPs and it still hangs at 99% for non-admins. The package is set to run with admin permissions.
