We are still on Exchange 2003 and I’m desperately looking for a workaround to get the exchange connector implemented in Service Manager.
Does anyone know if I could use Office365 and make a single mailbox here and then hook up the exchange connector on that one?
Any other ideas are welcome!

If you mean the exchange connector I don't know about any autodiscover and not sure what EWS is?
Wednesday, July 13, 2011 3:51 PMAutodiscover and EWS (Exchange Web Services) are Exchange features that the Exchange connector utilizes to operate. For the Exchange connector to work, Office365 would need to support these features. I am not familiar enough with Office365 to answer that question, I would suggest you bring it up with someone from that team.
Wednesday, July 27, 2011 3:43 PMIt will not currently work with O365 as it is unable to handle Autodiscover redirects. There's supposed to be an exchange connector 2.0 coming out at some point that allows custom URLs needed for O365, but they've been saying a couple of weeks for months now.
