Affected User CI non populating

    Question

  • We are trying to figure out why the affected user CI is non populating in the Service Manager Incident forms.

    We have configured the CM connector and have Configuration items in SM.

    We have editted the inventory classes and enabled the SMS_SystemConsoleUsage and SMS_SystemConsoleUser as show in the images attached.

    In one example the system tn-ped-llyons shows me as having logged in last as shown in the image below.  We have audit logins enabled on the machine.

    However when we look at the machine in Service Manager it does not show me as either the primary user or custodian.

    The configuration manager connector is running everyday.     

    Any ideas on what we might have missed on the configuration?  

    ( we have 3 domain connectors so there is my account in 2 domains with the same spelling the other domain login is different.)

  • You must activate Asset Intelligence on SCCM.

    To do this from the SCCM Console :

    Go to Asset and Compliance

    Right click on asset intelligence 

    Edit invetory classes 

    Enable all asset intelligence

    Check if Configuration Manager is enabled User Device Affinity

    Go to Administration workspace,

    Click Client Settings.

    Select Default Client Settings

      Click User and Device Affinity, and configure it
