I advised a customer to get Office 2013 Professional so that they could use PowerPivot for Excel but it turns out that one needs "Office 2013 PLUS Professional"...
Is there anyway to convert their Office 2013 Professional into a Office 2013 PLUS professional?
Alternatively, could they downgrade to Office Professional 2010?
Second Question: What on earth do they smoke in the Marketings department???
Can't we supply them with something less lethal?

I don't think that we can downgrade Office Professiona l2013 to Office Professional PLUS 2013. We discuss SQL Server PowerPivot for Excel related issue in this forum. For better support, I suggest you post the question in
