Drivers issue with Server 2003 SP1 64 bit

    Question

  • Hello,

    Can someone help me how I can connect to wifi network from windows server 2003.

    I want to install drivers like audio, video and LAN drivers and I don't have it.

    Please provide me the link from where I can download the drivers for Windows Server 2003 SP1 64 bit.

    please understand that drivers are NOT the responsibility from Microsoft. They belong to the vendors from the hardware. So contact them for the correct drivers.

    Keep in mind that a server should be for security reason only on switches with cables.

  • I think you have Windows 2003 installed on a laptop with wireless NICs. We did that with our portable classroom laptops years ago. What we found after research and trial and error, is that most of the XP drivers worked, but as Meinolf said, you have to go to the laptop or whatever machine you have them installed on, vendor's site to get the drivers.

    Search Bing or your favorite search engine, for the drivers based on the model# of the laptop or desktop.

    For example, search on, using a Dell 510 as an example:

    "Dell 510 Windows 2003 Broadband wireless drivers."
