  • Without knowing your domain name all anyone can do is guess what your problem might be.

Do you use a statically or dynamically assigned IP address? Has the IP address changed? Check your domain's MX and A record in your external DNS. Are they correct? Check your firewall to see if it's passing connections from the Internet to the correct IP address on your LAN. Check your SMTP protocol log to see if the connections are arriving at your Exchange server.

You can test your ability to receive e-mail at http://mxtoolbox.com/diagnostic.aspx

  • Hi

Check if your IP is not on a blacklist. Are there any errors logged in Exchange? Have a tried a reboot of server?

  • Hi,

I recommend you refer to the following methods to troubleshoot the issue:

1.Please use NSLookup tool to check if the MX record could be resolved in external.

    2.Please run a blacklist check in http://www.mxtoolbox.com.

    Hope this helps!

    thanks.
