i have Licenses to SQL server 2008 Enterprise
And I wont To upgrade my SQL Server From 2008 Enterprise To SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise edition
can i Install SQL Server 2008 R2 Using the Same key To SQL Server 2008 and i remove SQL Server 2008

Hi
Do you have an SA (Software Assurance) that covers your SQL 2008 license? If so then yes as far as I know you can upgrade for free otherwise you need a new full license for the R2 edition. Of course licensing is always changing therefore you should contact your local MS vendor to be 100% sure so your company does not get hit with fines.
Why exactly do you want to go from SQL 2008 to SQL 2008R2? With cumulative updates and service packs for SQL 2008 you end up with almost the same functionality as R2 an the life-cycle for support is the same between SQL 2008 and SQL 2008R2.
