    Hi Guys

    Can I co-locate a Windows Server 2012 DC + System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2012 + System Center Data Protection Manager 2012 on the same server?

    Are there any risk? Would this be supported?

    Hi JBK123

    DC should be a standalone machine, have a look at the warning for DPM on a DC, personally i dont like putting any software on a DC unless its a testing or lab environment.

    CautionCaution
    For a DPM server that is installed on a domain controller, only protection of data sources local to the DPM server is supported. You cannot install agents on other computers to configure protection.
