That being said, I have seen cases where doing MASS permission changes on servers triggers a VSS journal wrap (or whatever it's called). When this happens DPM is forced to do a consistency check. Fortunately, this still doesn't cause entire files to
be pulled over the wire when only permissions were changed. It just can take longer to complete.
