    hello -

    I would like the 'reports' wunderbar to show up for specific users.  How can I make this happen?  I (and all other scsm administrators) can see the 'reporting' and 'Datawarehouse' wunderbars.  However, 'Advanced Operators' cannot see either the 'reports' or 'datawarehouse' wunderbars.

    Is there a way to display the 'reports' wunderbar for specific users?

    Take a look at this blogpost --> http://blog.scsmfaq.ch/2011/01/28/reporting-permissions/. Granular permissions can be set by using the SQL Report Manager Website. Hope this helps ...

    Correct -

    just before you posted I added the user to the report server permissions (go to http://report_server/reports) and add the user permissions at the root and at the service manager folder.  I had the user close and re-open their service manager console, and they now have a 'Reporting' Wunderbar.

    Hello Marcel,

    I like your blog it is very informative on Service manager. I have deployed a 4 computer scenario as per the SCSM deployment guide and I see datawarehoue wunderbar when I launch the console but it shows the error that "Reporting deployment process is in progress. Wait till mangaement packs are imported". I have installed reporting services on a different machine and edited the code in xml file as per the deployment document. It has been 3 days I still do not see reporting wunderbar. Is there any problem with the setup or reporting services?

    Event ID 33569

    Cannot connect to SQL Reporting Services Server.  Message= Cannot display reporting wunderbar because the information is not yet available in DW CMDB.  Remediation = Please wait for MP sync process to finish and try again later.

    Please suggest
