Windows 8 Pro has slow down by System interrupts

    Question

  • My computer is Dell Inspiron 1525 with Windows 8 pro. Recently I have noticed that a process named "system interrupts" take about 30% of my CPU and always be that. What will I do for now?

  • Hi,

make a xperf trace or run LatencyMon [1] to diagnostic the DPC issues. Please upload the xperf etl file to your SkyDrive [2] and post a link here if LatencyMon doesn't help you to find the causing driver.

I'll take a look at it.
