emet notifier crash on startup

Hi,
on most of my machines (win xp sp3) emet_notifier crashes on startup. Any idea what could be the problem ?

Tuesday, June 05, 2012 9:08 PMThe Log Source has not likely been setup on the machine. It may be an issue with the install not creating the Event Log correctly.

Hi Werner,
Try running this command from an elevated prompt. It's a hidden flag that will forcibly create the EMET log source (it has to be run as Administrator).
"EMET_notifier.exe --InitEventViewerSource"
And reboot to see if the notifier is running correctly now.

run as admin , seems lots of people install emet without having the right comp rigths , ... ( its a common problem )
hmmm and then there are those who play around with the settings , pw protecion would be nice in version 4.0 (!!)
