About the setting of Excel concerning the response

There is a program that makes the Excel file by using Excel Object from VB6.
The processing time is extremely different depending on PC.Is there a part confirmed by setting Excel and OS?
Excel Version :2007
OS:Windows7 32bit

Try starting the Excel object without opening all the XLStart files by opening it in safe mode.
