Conditional Date

How would i create a conditional date that shows whether a person was today's date - 18 years?
Basically I want to create an If statement that says whether a person is or isn't 18years or older. If they are 18 years old or older then it should say yes, if they are not, it should say no. How would I make the statement? C2 contains a date such as 15/09/1990 Something like IF C2 =< TODAY - 18 years, "yes", "no"
I would appreciate any help given with this.

Two ways to do it
=IF(C2<=DATE(YEAR(TODAY())-18,MONTH(TODAY()),DAY(TODAY())),"Yes","No")
or the shorter
=IF(YEARFRAC(C2,TODAY(),1)>=18,"Yes","No")
