Excel checkbox control

I have a form with several checkboxes. I have a situation where I need to show that if one checkbox is checked, then this next one cannot be, and visa versa.
Say A1 is checked, B1 cannot be checked. If A1 is not checked, B1 can be.
I have linked the checkboxes to a cell. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Janet,
In that case, option buttons are your better choice, as they are mutually exclusive be design.

I used your suggestion with the option buttons and that worked very well. I was able to group them in sections and now my form does exactly what I need it to do.
Thanks
