    When I run lengthy macros in Excel 2010, Outlook 2010 becomes inoperative.  This was not happening in Office 2003.

    Hi,

     

    Check if the macro is disabled:

    1.      Click File > Options.

    2.      Click Trust Center.

    3.      Click Trust Center Settings.

    4.      Click Macro Settings.

     

    If it is not disabled, you can post the content of your macro here, and we will check for you.
