Answered unable to retrive data from the database error contact your administer when inserting a pivot table.

    I am trying to refresh my pivot table, but I receive an error that I am unable to retrive data from the database.  The connections are correct and I have compacted and repaired.  This is not true of all queries just some.  What else should I be looking at?

    Hi,

    If you trust your network security, try changing the authentication of the odc (office data conncetions) file to "None".
