All are possible with few more recommednations.
1. You can have single domain with multiple site to install exchange
2. Can create multiple email address policy for site wise
3. MX record can be pointed to multiple site with same MX value
5. Eact site would have its own CAS array

Hello,
Can exchange 2010 deployed for mutiple sites example : across all World brazil ,singapore, japan etc with single forest single domain architecture
yes of course. For each site, you have to think to add at least one DC / DNS / GC server. Note also that all DCs should replicate and not exceed your forest tombstone lifetime. For that, you have also to think about interconnection and the use of Site to Site VPN tunnels.
mutiple email address policy for mutiple locations
That depends of what you want to apply.
.Mutiple cas array internet facing for respective locations for incoming and outgoing mails
Note that you can add a unique CAS array per AD site. So, if you will use multiple AD sites, consider that you will be able to add a CAS array for each one.
Can MX records for different locations point to respective HUB servers.
Yes. You can use multiple MX records to point to a single SMTP domain. That is better since you have many internet facing connections. If one fails, another node will receive mails and route them to needed HUB server.
Can location wise hub server relay mails to external world thru different send connectors.
You can use different send connectors depending of your need.
