Exchange 2010 management Tool is not accesible through Domain Administrator account.

Hi ,
I am not able to access Exchange 2010 management tool through Domain Admin account it is giving me attached error. However i am able to access exchange management tool through another account which has all privilages to access exchange. Please suggest.
One more thing i want to add that through Domain Admin i am able to connect EMS but not EMC

Is the domain admin account a member of Exchange Organization Administrators? You will probably find the account that does have access is a member of this security group.

Domain Admin has all rights, this is not permission issue. It started giving error since yesterday before it was working fine.

Guys,
I fixed it myself... I installed "WinRM IIS Extension" and started working . However i am still confused why it was working before if there was a feature missing and if it depends on WinRM then why it is running fine from other profile. Sometime MS concept is little confusing but anyway i fixed it and it is working fine .
