StickyHow to use the Exchange technet forums

Some people have raised some of these issue to us, so I thought I would go ahead and point out a couple of things to know about when using our forum software.

    > To start a new forum discussion or question thread, click the "Ask a question" link in the left hand portion of the main forum window. (its got a small orange question bubble next to it)

    > The main difference between asking a question and starting a discussion is that we will be tracking open and unanswered questions and making sure we have an acceptable response rate for you.

    > Use clear descriptive text for your Titles so that we can have better search results. Use phrases that are common to us all - a good example is something like "Outlook Anywere fails when deploying .... etc." - we'll use these phrases and product terms to hand questions off to the appropriate contacts.

    Thanks!

    Hi Joey,
Can we suck these technet forum questions down into a newsgroup reader? e.g. like with betanews.microsoft.com. microsoft.connect.windows.server
or just consume them as RSS?

    Cheers
