Hi,
I've a user who has some of his contact cards displaying the wrong photo of the person whom he's trying to send his emails to.
I've gotten the AD guys to check on the Thumbnailphoto attribute in AD schema and the photo and name of those people are correct.
Therefore, I suspect it's something to do in the user's outlook client cache. Correct me if I'm wrong here.
How do I proceed and have this resolved ? Was thinking of downloading the Global Address List from the server to the client.
Kindly advise.
Thanks.
Regards,
Dan

Hi,
Have you tried this in OWA/outlook online?
If its working there then try to download the OAB and check the same.

Hello Daniel,
How about other users, do they also see the wrong photo?
When you use Outlook online mode to see the photo, what is the result?
If you can see the right photo when you use Outlook online mode, please manually download address book to have a try.
Thanks,
Evan

Hi,
Thanks for all the suggestions.
I've manually downloaded the Global Address List and it worked. The user's contact card photo has correctly pointed to the user on the user's machine.
