Exchange 2010 OWA Options enxpected error

Hi dear,
I have an exchange server 2010 and there are hosted 5 domain and 100 email boxes. all thing are working fine but when i login any user via owa and goes to options button its giving enxpected error on that , i am facing the issue all the domain. I have try some steps like authentication on ecp like that. I need this issue assistance very urgent.
