Hi Guys
I know this might be the wrong place to post this since we are using a exchange 2007 server but recently we have this following problem:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:
user@hsbc.com.br
An error occurred while trying to deliver this message to the recipient's e-mail address. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please try resending this message, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

You didn't make it clear whether hsbc.com.br is your domain or someone else's, but it is that domain's server (br-mail-105.ccp.br.hsbc) that is generating the NDR, so you might want to ask their postmaster.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
